Joining

 
Auditions for both orchestras are usually held in September, at our usual venue, Mid-Cheshire College, Hartford, near Northwich. However, you can join at any time of year.
The minimum standard for entry to the CYO is that you are most likely to have passed Grade 6.
 
For the CYTO, the same applies, but at Grade 3.

CYO - there are positions for all instruments, but we have identified specific needs for:

  • French horn
  • Trombone
  • Viola
  • Oboe
  • Double Bass

CYTO - there are positions for all instruments.
